2. Orders

  1. Orders are confirmed with you and only accepted once your card payment has been confirmed. Once authorised you will recieve a confirmation to the e-mail address provided.
  2. Orders can only be despatched to the cardholders address.
  3. Orders will normally be despatched within 24 hours between Monday to Friday and we endeavour to make delivery on your order within 3 working days.
  4. All leather products are handmade and may be subject to natural variation in size and colour.

4. Cancellation & Returns

  1. We must be notified in writing of all cancellations & returns, items must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.
  2. All items must be returned in original condition. Refunds can not be provided for items that appear to have been used or damaged.
  3. You are responsible for all costs incurred in the return of the goods.
